Japan The competition is scheduled to take place at Yahataya Park and Osaka Pool. The running part will take place in the park and the swimming will be in the indoor 50 m pool. The Senior and Junior running course will be hilly and with frequent turns. |

【Senior/open】Above 18years old (Run 2km,Swim 200m,Run 2km) 【Junior】13-17years old (Run 1.2km, Swim 150m, Run 1.2km) 【youth】 8-12 years old (Run 500m, Swim 50m, Run 500m) Capacity: Each category is less than 80 people Note:Persons of strong swim/run capabilities should enter this event! Clothing Due to the run & swim format of the race, athletes are required to compete wearing clothes that are tight fitting, yet comfortable during both running and swimming. We ask that male competitors wear a tight fitting shirt "bolero" (lycra T-shirt) to be worn while swimming and running. All participants must wear their identifying race numbers. Note to all competitors that shoes MUST be worn during the running portion of the competition and footwear will not be allowed during the swim. Start numbers Traditional start numbers and waterproof markers will be used for the competition. Showers Everyone must take a shower before entering the pool for warm up / competition |
